Good Morning!!

Good Morning everyone!!! How are you doing today?? Are you ready for the new week? I know I am!!! I need to start drinking more water…it’s one of the hardest parts for me!! Never been a fan of water….i use to drink that flavored water from walmart that tastes like soda….I use to love it but didnt see it anymore….I’ll go look again….not a fan of crystal light….O well…i just need to get my ass to the fridge and pour some cool ice water in a big cup and just start drinking !!!

I wish on the tracker section you can punch in your weight from a digital scale…example 165.8

It’s suppose to be another hot day!!! I watched the BBall finals last night…man I thought the Celtics were going to win…hopefully they can win at home in the next game!!

Another Sunny Sunday!!!

Good Morning Everyone!! It’s a bright sunny day down here in Louisiana!!! And Happy father’s day to all the dad’s out there!! Well it’s another day and I’m feeling pretty good!! Ran out to pay bills ICKY…and now enjoying myself in the cool a/c LOL

I have a couple of questions if someone doesnt mind answering? How does one change there blog background? I been to a couple of blogs and they have neat backgrounds and colors? I have probably seen it ten times on how to do it , but knowing me I have probably just missed the instructions LOL!! I went to the support forum but I really couldnt find my answer. I’m also trying to get the hang of things here and visit people’s blog that have come by to read mine…so just give me a little bit of time and i’ll get there LOL Thanks so much for all the support already :) It’s so awesome that I have found this place!

Finding the 100’s This Time

Hello all that stopped by to read this!! :) Well once again i’m on a journey, but this time I have to complete it and get to my goal! I’m hoping to make alot of friends/buddies on this site so we can keep each other motivated!!! I’m a calorie counter and i do WATP’s work outs…WATP=walk away the pounds just incase some didnt know what that stands for. I use to weight my self once a week but I have found weighing my self every morning keeps me motivated..yes I know weight can go up and down…but for me..it keeps me motivated…and that’s what i need mainly..MOTIVATION!!!

Have you ever gotten to a point where you just feel YUCK and GROSS…even when eating the foods you love and crave makes you just feel disgusting?? well I’m at the point …..and I’m tired of being sick and tired…tired of being this heavy..I am ready for a change!!! AND I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
